Final anti-dumping review ruling on tires with 60% duty!

On February 6, 2024, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey issued a public notice to make an anti-dumping third sunset review affirmative final ruling on new rubber tires for heavy vehicles, agricultural vehicles and construction machinery originating in China, deciding to continue to impose anti-dumping duties of 60% on the products in question on a CIF basis, with the measure taking effect from the date of issuance for a period of five years.
