January-May Ivory Coast rubber exports up 11.9% year-on-year

In the first five months of 2023, Cote d'Ivoire's rubber exports totaled 573,675 tons, up 11.9% from 512,595 tons in the same period of 2022.
Côte d'Ivoire is an important natural rubber producer in Africa. Cote d'Ivoire's rubber exports have increased in recent years, as farmers have been driven by stable earnings to switch their sown crops from cocoa to rubber.
